Communication Solutions

Ultra reliable two-way communication is obviously the first item on your list of requirements if you are sourcing radios or a system for leisure or hospitality. If you’re sourcing two-way radios you may also need to consider:

  • Discreet compact radios with smaller antennas for front of house
  • Are there any areas of the venue where radio coverage is likely to be an issue and you might need beacons to improve the signal?
  • Migrating to digital  from an existing analogue system
  • Specialised radios which cut our background noise or which are designed for use in wet or dusty conditions
  • Migration from an existing analogue system
  • Appropriate accessories

We can help you with all these requirements .We offer two-way radios and equipment from the World’s leading suppliers to customers throughout the UK, and have the knowledge and experience to advise on the products most suitable for your requirements, whether you’re looking for short-term rental, our managed service for long term hire or just buying. Additionally, our library of short videos on our YouTube channel can be invaluable for training permanent or temporary staff to use the radios.

Providing a multiple site solution to Aspers Casino

The safety and welfare of Aspers staff and customers is paramount and to maintain a safe and secure environment for the casinos the business wanted to have a solution to be able to communicate immediately and effectively from any of the four casinos to their Central Surveillance in London.

Aspers has a central surveillance control room at Westfield Stratford, its largest flagship casino. PCs loaded with Chatterbox Alarm Location Monitoring (CALM) software are installed here and at the group’s three other casinos. Each PC receives signals from the radios in its casino and shares this via ADSL lines with the others. Although Stratford is the designated control room technically any of the other three could adopt this function should the need arise, which is an advantage in terms of business continuity.

The system enables all security personnel to be aware of issues on all sites making our ability to respond effectively to any incident more robust.
